MY APPROACH TO PSYCHOTHERAPY
I work from a Rational-Emotive perspective. This approach facilitates the understanding and resolution of problematic thoughts, feelings and patterns. It is designed to help you develop self-awareness, alleviate distress and resolve emotional issues. We meet once or twice a week on an ongoing basis. Through our conversations, a process of growth is set in motion.
